CityU Apps Lab and Let's Code (Hong Kong), two of the leading forces in Hong Kong to promote the value of coding education to the public, are uniting hands to bring the Hour of Code to Hong Kong for the first time, hoping to inspire the next generation of coders.
They are providing the opportunity for any person (especially young students and senior citizens) to try coding for one hour. It originates from the US and is spreading throughout the world. Over 12 million young kids all over the world have already completed done their own one hour of code.
The next session is Hong Kong is scheduled for Mar 29th 2015 in CityU, Kowloon Tong - and they are looking for coders and developers to volunteer to participate and help the community.
